
Avoid the lines on race day and come pick up your Race Number, Shirt and Bag at Southdale Center in Edina on the following days/times:
Thursday, April 16th: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday, April 17th: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday, April 18th: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
We will be located in Center Court, close by the Entertainment District on the South end of the Mall.
YES, you can pick up materials for other registrants. It will be your responsibility to then get them their items.
YES, you can register for the event during the packet pick up.
YES, you will receive your chip timer with your number. If for some reason you cannot attend the event, you need to mail your chip back to us. Participants will be charged $30 for unreturned chip timers.
RACE DAY REGISTRATION: opens at 7 a.m. Please come ito the Registration Headquarters inside the former Mervyn’s building to register on race day or pick up your race numbers, bags and shirts.
TEAMS: Official Teams have been invited to take advantage of this year’s Concierge Service. Please have your Team Captain or a Team Representative call the Coalition at 952-426-6521 or email Cindy Iverson to set up a time to have your materials brought out to your vehicle curbside!
Pick up will occur outside the doors of the old Mervyn’s store on the South side of the Mall by the Entertainment District. You will receive ALL of your Teams materials, and it will be your responsibility to distribute them to your Teammates.
Pick up can be arranged during the times listed above for Packet Pick Up. We appreciate all of our Teams; this is our special thank you to all of you who worked so hard to form your Teams of 10 or more. Teams of any size are welcome to come into the Mall to pick up their materials.
TEAMS: Remember, all official Teams (10 or more) will have an assignment in our Team Meeting area in the event area on Race Day. Signs will be posted alphabetically (if you named your Team “Team Joe” please look under J, not T! The same for any Team with “the” proceeding their name like “The Road Warriors” – look for your sign under R, not T.) There will be an opportunity to have Team Photos taken beginning at 7:30 a.m. Please bring your Team over to the Team Photo/Bleacher area as soon as you can. Team Captains will receive one free photo; others may be ordered on-line after the event.
