The 2008 Twin Cities Get Your Rear in Gear 5K event was a huge success and we thank all of you who supported this effort either by participating or volunteering or donating.

Over 3,200 runners, walkers and children joined us at our new host site, Southdale Center, and walked through the beautiful city of Edina to raise awareness of this cancer, and to honor and support those battling or lost to it.

Donations are still coming in, but fundraising by Teams and individuals, combined with the generosity of our more than 25 sponsors, will push us past $200,00 dollars raised at this year's event.

Thanks again to all for their support. And Save the Date for 2009-Sunday,April 19 back at Southdale Center in Edina.
